Rich Seidel
Rich is the Founder of Christ Recovery Foundation, CEO of Surf City Recovery, and serves on the Board of Overseers at First Christian Church of Huntington Beach. His mission is to build God’s Kingdom by bringing healing to the addicted, broken, and homeless through Christ-centered recovery. Rich leads with a bold vision—transforming churches into treatment hubs, building sober living communities, and launching mobile recovery centers. He believes recovery is more than sobriety; it’s spiritual rebirth. With every endeavor, Rich stands on the truth that God is real, and through Him, miracles still happen.

Dr Norma Desaegher
Rev. Dr. Norma DeSaegher has dedicated her life to faith and public service. A former La Palma City Councilmember and Mayor Pro-Tem, she has also served as Senior Minister at Pioneer Ocean View United Church of Christ in San Diego, as well as Waipahu and Waialua UCC churches in Hawai‘i. Known for her compassionate leadership and commitment to justice, she has been a member of the National Board of Directors for the Retirement Housing Foundation since 2010. Rev. DeSaegher continues to be a guiding force in both civic and spiritual communities, uplifting lives through advocacy, ministry, and service.

Bill Hinchliff is the CEO of IPME (International Port Management Enterprise) and a nationally recognized leader in shipping container design and modification. As Co-Founder and President of the So-Cal EDPA, he brings decades of experience in experiential design, fabrication, and modular innovation. Driven by a deep passion for Christ, Bill is committed to using his talents to build Kingdom-centered spaces that serve the broken, addicted, and underserved. Whether creating mobile clinics, recovery centers, or outreach hubs, Bill fuses marketplace excellence with a servant’s heart—believing that inspired design can be a vessel for healing, dignity, and hope.
